Rose Petals, Marshmallow (Guimauve), Chamomile, Mallow, Fennel Seeds, Anise Stars, Lime Blossom Tea, Primrose

How to prepare?

Steep 1 teaspoon in hot (not boiling) water for 3minutes. Cover while it steeps to protect the essential oils. Drink warm&ideally after meals or before bed.
